LEI International Pvt. Ltd. (TNV-LEI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of TNV Global Ltd, proudly announces its accreditation by the not-for-profit organization Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF) as a Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) Issuer &ndash; also known as Local Operating Unit. From 10 October 2025, TNV-LEI will begin operations in the United Kingdom, marking the start of its global expansion.
Why This Matters 
&nbsp;The accreditation of TNV-LEI is more than a business milestone; it represents a major step toward revolutionizing financial compliance in India and abroad. With this recognition, TNV-LEI will work to promote financial transparency by making it easier to identify &ldquo;who is who&rdquo; in transactions, thereby reducing fraud, money laundering, and systemic risks.
Equally important, this achievement helps democratize access to LEIs. Until now, LEIs have largely been seen as a compliance requirement for bigger financial players. TNV-LEI aims to change that by making LEIs more affordable and accessible for Indian MSMEs, giving smaller businesses the chance to become part of the global financial ecosystem.
TNV-LEI also plans to encourage voluntary adoption of LEIs, beyond just regulatory needs. By promoting LEIs as a mark of trust and credibility, the company hopes to create an ecosystem where businesses of all sizes can build confidence, encourage fair trade, and expand their opportunities globally.
