Luxury Empire Township Phase 1 (formerly known as Colours Discovery) in Boisar East, Palghar, Maharashtra has revived the dreams of 150 families through the successful completion of the project. This significant achievement highlights the commitment and expertise of Veenaa Developers Pvt Ltd (VDPL). Launched in 2011, this project faced some initial setbacks. However, VDPL’s intervention in 2013 initiated a positive change.

In 2013, VDPL took on the sole selling and marketing rights and the civil construction contract for 22 buildings, and re-launched the project during the Guddi Padwa festival. An extensive marketing campaign across Mumbai, featuring advertisements in leading newspapers, billboards, and railway stations quickly attracted numerous homebuyers from Mumbai and its suburbs. Within a span of six to eight months, more than 150 units were sold, reinvigorating investment interest in Boisar, which was then a booming area. This was made possible by a team of 15 dedicated marketing experts and also around 150 construction workers.
