Minoxidil is one of the most studied treatments for male pattern hair loss  but many men feel it never worked for them. The reason is rarely the molecule; it's how little of it actually reaches the follicle. Most minoxidil relies on an alcohol base that evaporates fast and irritates the scalp, limiting absorption and adherence. A newer approach, Man Matters’ alcohol free minoxidil, is built to close that gap.
