Alexey Davidovsky, a well-known visionary writer and head of the BCMF Department for Relations with the United States and the European Union, will be one of the honored guests who will speak to an international audience and present his fascinating book "A New Tale of Time." 

Of course, cultural interaction between the BRICS and BRICS plus countries, the establishment of constructive practical ties in the cinematographic community and the discussion of making films about morality will be the main topics of the event.
