While corporate success is usually measured in terms of metrics like order book size, revenues, and profits, there is another story unfolding at L&T-one measured not just in balance sheets, but also in the lives transformed. In FY 2025-26, L&T's CSR initiatives positively impacted more than 1.9 million people, supporting education, skill development, healthcare, water conservation, and community development across India. Through focused interventions in education, healthcare, water conservation, and skill development, the company is complementing several national priorities championed by PM Narendra Modi-through flagship programmes like Skill India, Jal Shakti Abhiyan, Jal Jeevan Mission, and Atal Tinkering Labs, and many more, all aligned with the broader vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.
