HST Hospitality nears 200 keys as founders Ishaan and Akshit Talwar expand Rajasthan’s boutique luxury stays with Amiras Jawai.
HST Hospitality
There are growth years, and then there are defining years. For HST Hospitality, this is the latter. As the company prepares to cross 200 operational keys, founders Ishaan Talwar and Akshit Talwar have transformed what began as a focused boutique management firm into one of Rajasthan’s most disciplined and design-conscious hospitality groups.
Curated Expansion, Not Aggressive Scaling
Founded in 2016, HST has steadily transformed underperforming boutique hotels and heritage properties into profitable, experience-driven destinations. The brothers built their roles around their strengths. Ishaan leads expansion and F and B strategy, shaping concepts that blend Rajasthani authenticity with global expectations. Akshit oversees operations, finances, and systems, ensuring that every property runs with precision and consistency.
Their expansion has been driven by curation rather than speed. Each new property must align with HST’s philosophy of elevated yet grounded hospitality. That mindset has led to the addition of design-led villas and experiential stays that cater to modern travelers seeking privacy and character.
Amiras Jawai: Luxury Rooted in Wilderness
The most ambitious addition this year is Amiras Jawai, located in the dramatic landscape of Jawai. More than a luxury retreat, the project represents a deeper environmental commitment.
Amiras Jawai is being developed with a Miyawaki inspired afforestation approach, focused on restoring native jungle ecosystems using indigenous species suited to the region. The objective is ecological revival rather than decorative landscaping. Dense forest pockets are being cultivated to attract birds, butterflies, and wildlife back to the terrain.
Private villas sit within this restored greenery, connected by stone pathways and designed to complement the rugged granite surroundings. The architecture is understated, allowing the wilderness to remain the central character. Guests experience immersion rather than interruption, comfort that coexists with raw nature.
In a destination known for wildlife tourism, Amiras Jawai positions HST at the intersection of responsible development and refined hospitality.
Strengthening Roots in Rajasthan
With Jawai underway, the Talwar brothers are preparing to deepen their presence in Udaipur, one of Rajasthan’s most iconic hospitality markets. The focus remains steady expansion, strategic partnerships, and long term sustainability.
Crossing 200 keys is not a finish line for HST Hospitality. It is validation that careful growth, operational discipline, and ecological sensitivity can coexist with ambition.
In an industry often defined by scale, HST continues to demonstrate that clarity of vision and commitment to authenticity create value that lasts far beyond numbers.
