Gujarat’s rapidly evolving food and hospitality ecosystem took centre stage at the 5th Food Delivery Summit organised by the National Restaurant Association of India (NRAI), bringing together leading voices from the state’s restaurant, food service and hospitality industries. The summit, which was graced by Gujarat Deputy Chief Minister Shri Harsh Sanghavi, highlighted the growing opportunities for the state’s F&B sector and its increasing relevance on the national and global stage.

Among the key voices at the summit was Chef Aanal Kotak, Chapter Head – Gujarat, NRAI, whose work reflects the growing intersection of culinary entrepreneurship, innovation and global expansion emerging from the state.
