With more than 17 years in enterprise ERP and a focus on measurable business outcomes, the Magnifia founder is turning hands-on consulting into repeatable technology.
Founded in 2020, Magnifia IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has quickly established itself in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ecosystem, delivering more than 25 Dynamics 365 projects with a team of largely Microsoft-certified consultants. At its centre is founder Mohit Khanna, who brings over 17 years across enterprise ERP, finance transformation and large-scale digital initiatives.
Consulting that starts with the business
Mohit's approach is straightforward: understand the business requirement first, then decide how technology can meet it. Because ERP touches finance, supply chain, manufacturing and reporting all at once, an ERP decision shapes far more than the software itself.
That conviction keeps him hands-on. Even as Magnifia grows, he stays involved in the client discussions where scope, timelines and cost are set.
“Clients should have clarity before a project begins,” said Mohit Khanna. “If I understand the requirement and the technology, I should be able to tell a client clearly what we can deliver, how we will deliver it and what it will take.”
Results clients can measure
That discipline shows up in outcomes. For a manufacturing client, Magnifia automated a bank-reconciliation process that once took around 24 hours of manual work, cutting it to roughly two - delivered in about two weeks.
For a US-based client, it automated vendor-invoice processing for roughly 500 invoices a month, previously created by hand, in three to four weeks. Magnifia has also deployed on-premise AI agents to support finance operations, extending its work beyond implementation into practical automation.
Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365
A Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) and licensing partner, Magnifia works with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Business Central - spanning Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Project Management & Accounting, Warehouse Management, Tax and system integrations.
Its services cover ERP implementation, licensing, upgrades, managed services, application support and digital transformation for clients in manufacturing, retail, banking, distribution and professional services. With a presence across India and the United States and expansion planned for the UAE, the firm is building toward a genuinely global footprint.
Turning experience into repeatable IP
Magnifia's consulting work is now shaping its technology strategy. Recurring client challenges are being turned into proprietary ERP accelerators and intellectual property - reusable assets that make delivery faster and more predictable.
“Every project teaches us something that should make the next project better,” Mohit said. “We want to turn that experience into repeatable technology that gives clients a faster and more predictable path to results.”
The road ahead
The next phase is focused on strengthening Magnifia's Dynamics 365 capabilities, expanding its accelerators and IP, and growing its international presence. The longer-term vision is a global technology firm that pairs deep ERP consulting with scalable solutions - built, as Mohit puts it, on understanding the business, knowing the technology, communicating clearly and delivering on commitments.
