In a pathbreaking move for Indian cinema, Digifilming and Mirrro Films have released the first poster of Me No Pause Me Play on World Menopause Day. The film takes on a subject rarely explored on the silver screen - menopause, an inevitable yet often unspoken chapter in a woman’s life. The film is India’s first Hindi Film to address the subject of menopause, aiming to normalize conversations around women’s health, emotional transitions, and self-acceptance.

In a society where discussions about menstruation are only just beginning to find a voice, menopause remains a taboo - a subject cloaked in silence and discomfort. Yet, it’s an inevitable and significant phase of every woman’s life, affecting her hormones, mental well-being, confidence, and identity. Through this film, the makers hope to break stereotypes, spark awareness, and foster understanding and empathy.
