In one of Delhirsquos most closely watched property disputes the Delhi High Court ruled in favour of Onkar Infotech the registered owner of a 381acre farmhouse in Bijwasanrsquos upscale Pushpanjali security deposit of 272 crore transferred in its name The High Court noted that DIAL acknowledged the transfer sought Onkarrsquos bank details and even remitted rent Those actions the court said made
