The centre was inaugurated by Hon. Shri Pravinbhau Darekar, Group Leader, Maharashtra Legislative Council, BJP; Chairman, Mumbai District Central Co-operative Bank Ltd.; Chairman, Maharashtra State Co-operative Union Ltd., Pune; and Director, National Co-operative Union of India, New Delhi, along with Smt. Sayali Pravin Darekar.

The centre was founded by Dr. Yash Pravin Darekar, Mr Bharat Dileep Thorat, and Dr. Pratik Anil Nimbalkar, bringing together a shared vision of making authentic Ayurvedic care more relevant to modern lifestyles
