2. Varun Kapoor: Founder, Rasa Developers
Varun Kapoor's journey with real estate began in 2009, but it took seventeen years, and a career built across some of India's most recognizable brands, before he returned to India to build <a href="http://www.rasadevelopers.in" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">Rasa Developers</a> in Delhi-NCR.
During his career, he held senior marketing and business roles at Bharti Airtel, INVISTA and Fever 104 FM. He founded Decomplex Marketing in India and then co-founded Secret Skin in Dubai, giving him a rare mix of consumer marketing depth and entrepreneurial grit.
