As the India Art Festival prepares to open at Nehru Centre, Worli, from 30 January to 1 February 2026, one aspect stands out clearly-its strong community of returning artists and galleries. Nearly 150 repeat participants, including over 30 art galleries and more than 120 artists, continue to shape the festival’s identity year after year.

Since its Mumbai debut in 2011, India Art Festival has grown into a platform where artistic journeys evolve over time. Many artists return not only with new bodies of work but with deeper confidence, refined techniques, and expanded narratives. This continuity creates a rich visual dialogue across the exhibition floor.
