In the laboratories of the Debari Smelter, research engineer Nandita Das works with advanced analytical tools, translating complex metallurgical data into smarter, more sustainable production processes.
&ldquo;Science has space for all of us,&rdquo; she says. &ldquo;My role is about making sure our production is intelligent and future-ready.&rdquo;
