In a grand celebration of innovation, leadership, and resilience, The Magical Charmant LLP, in collaboration with WICCI & Career Vision ,In association with Rootskills proudly hosted the Aachal Awards 2026 - Season 4, a distinguished platform recognizing outstanding women entrepreneurs across India. This year's theme focused on "Women in Business", highlighting their pivotal role in economic development and community empowerment.

Held at Fiesta Banquet, the awards ceremony brought together over 2500 + nominees, of whom 10 were honoured in the Brand Queen and 10 in Visionary Leaders category and 20 as Leading Entrepreneur, were selected by a distinguished jury panel during a special evaluation round on April 4, 2026. Esteemed jury members included Adv.Asihwarya Ambike(IPR Practiting Advocate Trade Mark Agent on Govt site) , Sapna Sawant (Founder, Director - Chartered Inheritance Succession), and Vibhuti Karnik Kulkarni (Founder Career Vision, State President WICCI).
