Zayed Khan made his big screen debut in 2003 in the film Chura Liyaa Hai Tumne, which did fairly well at the box office.

Zayed Khan was last seen in the movie Sharafat Gayi Tel Lene, which bombed at the box office. He was also seen in Haasil, a television drama series in which he played the role of Ranvir Raichand.

Zayed Khan got married to Malaika Parekh in 2005 and has two children - Zidaan, born in 2008, and Aariz, born in 2011.

Zayed Khan is now eyeing the digital space and told IANS in an interview, "In the digital space, for actors especially, they have a bigger arc, bigger graph and there's more meat in the pie. So, it's a serious and a very interesting medium."

About his short stint on TV, the actor said, "It's a big commitment. It takes away too much time from a lot of other things. But having said that, once you do TV, doing a film is like a walk in the park. You can do it blindly... TV prepares you. I think it's the best-paid school you can go to."

Zayed's wife Malaika Parekh was spotted wearing a striped shirt with black trousers for the movie outing.
