Stupid Cupid
Long before 'Pretty Little Baby' became popular among Gen-Z and Millennials, Mumbaikars and others in India have been listening to 'Stupid Cupid', a popular dance number at parties.
The popular song, written by Howard Greenfield and Neil Sedaka, was released in 1958 as a part of her album 'Connie's Greatest Hits'. Interestingly, it was never supposed to be sung by Francis, and was intended to be for The Shepherd Sisters. However, singer heard and loved it, and the rest is history

Another one of Francis's most popular songs and hits, 'Lipstick On Your Collar' was written by Edna Lewis with music produced by George Goehring, and beautifully sung by the singer in 1959

While the song was sung by many people over the decades including Bing Cosby, Doris Day, and even The Chordettes, Connie Francis's version is what most people love because of her unique vocals

'Everybody's Somebody's Fool' sung by Francis in 1960 was written by Jack Keller and Howard Greenfield, and is a bluesy ballad that everybody loves to listen to till today
