The march will begin at Shivaji Park and conclude at Siddhivinayak Temple, with organisers saying participants will carry only the Indian national flag and no party flags. Ahead of the rally, Raj Thackeray issued a strong warning, saying anyone attempting to disrupt the peaceful march would face action. Uddhav Thackeray had recently visited Jantar Mantar in Delhi to express support for the ongoing student-led protest.
