Shahid Kapoor and wife Mira along with son Zain and Misha Kapoor were also spotted at the Mumbai airport. Shahid is currently receiving rave reviews for his look and acting in Kabir Singh trailer that came out recently.
Even though it was a smash hit at the box office, Vijay Deverakonda's Arjun Reddy (2017) was criticised for glorifying its lead's anger management problems and his possessiveness towards his love interest. As the trailer of Kabir Singh — the Hindi adaptation of the Telugu hit — was launched, it was easy to see that Shahid Kapoor's character was not too different from Deverakonda's alpha male.

When questioned about the toxic masculinity depicted in the Sandeep Vanga-directed film, Shahid Kapoor said, "Cinema is not about perfect people. We all are imperfect in our own ways. Watching a film like Kabir Singh will help you understand that when you allow yourself to be affected by anger and negative emotions, it can take you on the path of destruction. The film warns you against going down that route."

Shahid Kapoor further added that cinema can't limit itself to feel-good stories. "If we only want to watch happy characters, then cinema won't go far. We need to be able to make real films. If I start justifying each character, I can't be an actor."
Shah Rukh Khan was spotted at the Mumbai airport. SRK will soon appear on American television host and comedian, David Letterman's show on a prime digital platform. The superstar is already flying to New York for the shoot of the show, as he posted.
Shah Rukh Khan has taken to his official social media handle and tweeted giving a small detail about his appearance. Shah Rukh Khan wrote, "Flying into another city that never sleeps... A great idea for someone like me. New York calling." Being the only Indian to feature on the show, fans of the star are constantly posting about the news on social media and we figured there was something big in waiting.
Abhimanyu Dassani, who made his Bollywood debut with Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota, was also spotted at the Mumbai airport.
Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota follows the journey of a young man who suffers from congenital insensitivity to pain and is on a quest to destroy the bad guys. The movie, directed by Vasan Bala, gathered accolades across international film festivals and got Abhimanyu the Best Debut Award at the Macau Film Festival.
Vijay Deverakonda, who was part of the original Kabir Singh aka Arjun Reddy, was also spotted at the Mumbai airport. Shahid Kapoor recently revealed that he is aware of the expectations resting on his shoulders - Arjun Reddy (2017), the source material of his next, was not only a smashing success, but also catapulted leading man Vijay Deverakonda to stardom in the Telugu circuit.
"Vijay Deverakonda was spectacular in the film. If you ask me, Kabir Singh and Arjun Reddy are cousins; they are not the same person," said Shahid Kapoor. While he understands that comparisons are inevitable, the actor says that the makers have added their own touch to the story. "We have tried to do something different because it's important to rediscover the journey of the character. We shifted the milieu to Delhi and Mumbai; so, by extension, his family and upbringing has changed. But we have retained the fundamental energy of the character."
