Mental Hai Kya was slated to hit the silver screen on July 26, and the makers were eyeing to kick off the run-up with the trailer launch a few days ago. However, mid-day has learnt that the event has been put on hold as the title of the Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao starrer remains a subject of contention.

Parineeti Chopra was also clicked in Juhu, Mumbai. The actress is leaving no stone unturned to learn badminton for her upcoming film where she will be essaying the role of ace shuttler Saina Nehwal.

Earlier, Shraddha Kapoor was to play the lead role in the biopic and had even started shooting for it, but she quit the project due to scheduling conflicts post her diagnoses with dengue. The film's first look featuring Shraddha was also released by the makers. The biopic is being directed by Amole Gupte and is expected to release in 2020.

Varun Dhawan was also clicked at the gym in Juhu, Mumbai. On the work front, Varun opted for a casual white t-shirt, paired with yellow shorts and black sports shoes. Directed by Remo D'Souza, the upcoming film also features Nora Fatehi, Aparshakti Khurana and Shakti Mohan in pivotal roles. According to various media reports, Shraddha will essay a dancer from Pakistan, while Varun will be playing one from Punjab.

Produced by Bhushan Kumar, Lizelle D'Souza and Krishan Kumar, the film is all set to hit theatres on January 24, 2020. Varun will next be seen in the remake of 'Coolie No 1', while Shraddha has two films in her kitty-- 'Saaho' and 'Chhicchore'.

Vatsal Seth was also clicked at the gym in the city. On the work front, Vatsal is currently seen in the television show, Kaun Hai?
