Katrina Kaif, who is currently going all out for the promotions of Bharat, was spotted in Bandra, Mumbai. Katrina Kaif, who replaced Priyanka Chopra in Bharat, in a recent interview, said that it doesn't matter who the first or the second choice for a film is. What matters is who the audience ultimately sees in the film. She said, "I am unaware of who was selected before me for Bharat. Ali Abbas had spoken to me regarding the script and role of Bharat when I was shooting Tiger Zinda Hai with Salman Khan." All pictures/Yogen Shah
Katrina Kaif further added, "Everyone has a different perspective of looking at things. I cannot be in every Salman Khan film. If Priyanka was chosen for this role then she had her own reasons for not doing it. Doing Bharat was written in my destiny and I am happy it came to me. When I read the script I simply loved it and I think this is the best role of mine so far."
Kiara Advani was also spotted in Bandra. Kiara sported a casual look in a white top and black tee. Kiara has landed her first film as a titular character, Indoo Ki Jawani. Clearly, the gorgeous actress is super excited about it. She took to Instagram to share the exciting news with her fans and followers. "#IndooKiJawani - My first In and As. So so so excited!!! here’s to #GirlPower Going to need all your love and support for this one," Kiara wrote on Instagram.
Kiara Advani can't wait to get started on the project. Nikkhil Advani says it is a "cracker script" by writer-director Abir Sengupta. "We had to swipe right (hope I got that right!). Kiara you're just going to make Indoo come alive," he tweeted.

Vicky Kaushal was also spotted in Bandra. Kaushal is expected to begin the second schedule of Shoojit Sircar's Sardar Udham Singh soon. It has now come to light that the actor — who met with an accident on the set of his yet-untitled horror film last month that left a deep scar on his right cheek — devised a way to incorporate his facial scar in the biopic. Turns out, the makers have decided to showcase it prominently in the period drama.
A source reveals, "The original story collated by historians suggests that Udham Singh had suffered a gash on his arm during the Jallianwala Bagh massacre. Only 10 days before the film rolled in Russia on April 29, Vicky Kaushal met with the accident that left him with a fractured cheekbone. He had to get 13 stitches. When he reported to the set in Russia, Shoojit and the team decided to use the scar prominently instead of hiding it with makeup. They felt that a facial scar, instead of one on the arm, would serve well as a reminder of that fateful day to the protagonist and depict his anguish more strongly. So, it worked out well for the film's first look."
