In the event held at the NSCI Dome in Mumbai, Nehal Chudasama was announced as the winner by actor Sushant Singh Rajput, while Miss Diva- Miss Universe India 2017 Shraddha Shashidhar placed the crown on her successor's head. The judges' panel included Sushant Singh Rajput, Shilpa Shetty Kundra, Neha Dhupia, Lara Dutta and Miss Universe 2017 Demi Leigh Nel Peters
Miss Diva Miss Universe 2018 Nehal Chudasama is a fitness consultant, anchor and a model. She attended St Rock's High school in Borivali and completed her graduation from Thakur College in Kandivali in Mumbai. She has also studied Mass Media. Nehal Chudasama never followed pageants until 2013. However, when she first saw Manasi Moghe representing India at the Miss Universe, she realised what she wanted to compete in beauty pageants. Nehal trained at The Tiara Pageant Institute under Ritika Ramtri and her journey as a pageant girl started from there
Nehal Chudasama's mother passed away when she was age 13. Her brother and father are her support system. Nehal Chudasama says, "I am from a Gujarati family so modelling is not quite very usual. I am the first girl from family to do this. Besides that, it was really difficult for me to be here because I lost my mother when I was 13 and convincing my father has been really difficult for me. But now since I have been here, he is quite convinced and proud about that."

Nehal Chudasama's interests lie in fitness activities, athletics, dancing and cooking. Her favourite quote, according to the official page of the pageant, is "There's no substitute for hard work". Aditi Hundia from Jaipur won Yahama Fascino Miss Diva Universe Supranational 2018, and the Yahama Fascino Miss Diva 2018 - Second Runner-up title went to Lucknow's Roshni Sheoran

Nehal Chudasama also won the Anything But Ordinary Diva and Miss Beautiful Body special awards at the Yamaha Fascino Miss Diva event that was held in Mumbai. She participated in Femina Miss India Gujarat 2018 where she entered into the Top 3
Talking about her inspiration, Nehal Chudasama said, "Each and every representative that we had in all these years have been an inspiration because they had an edge over every other woman but I would say that my mentor Lara Dutta has been the greatest inspiration."
Nehal Chudasama was on a low carb diet. She says, "I generally tend to have less energy to lift weights especially before my morning workout session when i cannot load alot before heading to the gym!! I consume 3/4 scoop of the nutrition supplements - generally known as the preworkout - 15 minutes before my actual workout starts!!" (sic)
When she asked about her fitness, Nehal Chudasama said, "To keep yourself motivated towards your goals you should have a picture of you achieving it in your mind. My fitness journey started two years back. I had the aggression. I have made sacrifices, I have cried infinite times, faced failures, lost hopes, but I never gave up, how can you give up on something you've been thinking of everytime? Today whatever you see me as, is the result of that one moment I have visualised of." (sic)
Nehal Chudasama says she converts her fear of not being able to achieve her dreams into her inspiration. According to her, she has a unique thought process and that she never wants to live an easy life. Nehal Chudasama says, "I believe before you go onto finding inspiration in someone or something else, dig deep within yourself."
Nehal Chudasama says that fitness isn't promoted within the Indian society, especially females and she wants to encourage as many people as she can. Nehal Chudasama says that it is important to adopt fitness as a lifestyle to achieve both mental and physical health
Nehal Chudasama says that she has learnt to never try to be something or someone she are not. According to her, she is always grateful, positive and loves to encourage everyone
According to Nehal Chudasama, even though she is a positive woman, she gets emotional at times but she doesn't believe in showing it on social media because she doesn't want to promote negativity and that she has learnt to get up everytime she falls
Nehal Chudasama: Beauty and appearance are subjective. You might like a lean, feminine waist more than a worked on muscular one, a round eye more than those almond shaped or vice versa. To me beauty is way beyond above, it's in the way you accept and love Yourself.
Nehal Chudasama revealed that she listens to the popular song Zingaat from Dhadak and Sairat to keep herself motivated. She loves to listen to the song as it fills her with energy
Nehal Chudasama's favourite actor is Ranveer Singh. Her favourite food? She absolutely loves biryani!
Nehal Chudasama says that she has no Bollywood plans like other title holders in the past. "I will look forward to be in the Indian Civil Services so that is what I am aiming for right now after my pageant. No Bollywood plans as of now."
