According to the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s Mumbai Fire Brigade (MFB), the incident was reported at around 7:43 pm. The fire was confined to the 9th and 10th floors of a ground-plus-25-storey building located at Unit No. 30, Emerald No. 1 on Aarey Road
