The Islamic States of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) has congratulated the Argentine playmaker for his match-winning goal against Iran in the football World Cup clash last weekend, reported Arabic news agency Mahr, as translated by the Brookings Institution’s Hanif Zarrabi-Kashani.
