However, the actress' representative has quashed all rumours and termed it as "all made up cr*p", reports a website.
An insider had claimed that the couple began the paperwork for adoption as soon as they officially became man and wife.
"Jen and Justin signed papers after going through a series of interviews. There is still a long way to go. Jen has never been happier or more excited in her life," the insider said.
