A friend of John Abraham spills the beans on the highly unstable affair between him and Bipasha Basu and reveals the real reason behind their split
Much has been said about the infamous John Abraham-Bipasha Basu break-up. While time and again Bips has been very vocal and suggestive about John’s alleged cheating ways, the actor has maintained a silence on the matter that has often been tagged as “dignified”.

However, those close to John say the actor has now been driven up the wall by his former flame’s antics and it was actually Bips’ erring ways back then that wedged a final nail in the coffin.
Sources point fingers at Bipasha for allegedly having had a fling with the co-star of her Hollywood film Singularity, Josh Hartnett.
An insider says, “John and Bipasha had parted ways much before the split became public. The relationship was on the rocks for many years and before the actual break-up, they had gone their separate ways a dozen times and later patched up. The relationship could be best termed as unstable. However, the last time they parted ways over two years ago, Bips had a much-publicised fling with Hollywood actor Josh while the two were shooting for Singularity.”
John, who has dated Priya Runchal since the split, apparently feels that it is time Bips moves on, just the way he has. The source adds, “Shortly after news broke that John was involved with someone from outside the industry, Bipasha used the media to accuse him of cheating, which has deeply hurt and saddened him.”
Those close to him also say that while he has yet not directly pointed fingers at his ex girlfriend, he has informed his family and friends about being miffed with her.
The source adds, “John wants to move on with his life and settle down. While he wishes her well, he hopes Bipasha stops making false allegations against him.”
However, apparently John has been pushed over the edge after buzz that he was the reason behind ousting Bips from Sanjay Gupta’s upcoming gangster film. “John feels enough is enough! He has now been openly speaking to his friends and near ones about the real facts behind their break-up. With marriage on the cards soon after the May release of his film, he feels that he should be left alone,” says the source.u00a0
