'The Drama Company' will see the return of Mithun Chakraborty back in the spotlight. Mithun will also be seen doing his television debut with the comedy show. The Drama Company will star will star Krushna Abhishek, Sudesh Lahiri, Ali Asgar, Dr. Sanket Bhosale, Sugandha Mishra, Ridhima Pandit and more renowned faces from the current stable of comedians.

Previously, the veteran actor was reported to be unwell and was said to be in Los Angeles, USA.His last Hindi film was 'Hawaizaada' starring Ayushmann Khurrana which released in 2015, but tanked badly at the box-office.
Mithun Chakraborty will be playing the character of Shambhu Dada on the show who will be the owner of a drama company.
