Bollywood actress Shilpi Sharma's apartment in Oshiwara was allegedly broken into on Monday night while she was away for a film's shooting.

Sharma has acted in several movies like Jo Bole so Nihaal, Heroine and Right Yaaa Wrong. According to the police, when she returned home on Monday she found that her place had been broken into. After finding out that Rs 17,000 had been stolen, she informed the cops and registered a case of theft against an unknown person.

According to the Oshiwara police the burglary came to light when the actress returned home on Wednesday evening and found her plush apartment broken into.
Sharma hurriedly checked her belongings and found that nothing else had been touched. Police registered a case under Section 380 of the Indian Penal Code and are looking for the accused.
