Ruby Rose, who is known to do conventional roles, will be seen as a sultry assassin in PVR Pictures' soon to be released action thriller 'John Wick 2'.

While it's not a hidden secret that Ruby was a professional boxer before she turned to showbiz, 'John Wick 2' director Chad Stahelski apparently was unaware of this before they started shooting.

The actress reveals, "Chad had his way like mutating different martial arts, fight forms and even dance forms to create his own things. He noticed my stance immediately, and he was like you are a boxer or something. I said yes, I was boxing for a few years and he was like this is going to be fun. Now, we are going to use all the training you have had in boxing, give you knives and guns. We are going to use what you did and create a new kid of martial art form. So, it was a whole new level but it was great experience that I had while shooting."

Both Stahelski and Rose worked closely to shape Ares character and make it stand out by adding signature action stunts.

Get ready to witness some power packed performances as Keanu Reeves-starrer 'John Wick 2' hits the screens in India on the 17th of February, 2017 in a theatre near you!
