TV actor Sanjit Bedi, known for playing Dr. Omi in popular TV show 'Sanjivani', has passed away.
According to reports, Sanjit, who was suffering from a brain ailment, passed away in a hospital on Tuesday.

Members from the TV and film fraternity took to Twitter and Instagram to express shock and grief over the sudden desmise of Sanjit.
