We tried the Sundried Tomato Pesto — a tangy- sweet herby concoction with parmesan, garlic and rosemary that tasted good with breadsticks and even nachos; the flavourful but heavy-on-olive-oil Aglio Olio, which worked well when tossed with pasta and the fiery Harissa, made with four types of chillies, which worked well as a base for sandwiches.
The beauty of these sauces is their versatility — they can be used as a marinade, as a dip, sandwich spread or just a sauce.
