Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue model Kate Upton, 25, has said that the one thing that she has learnt from dating baseball star fiancee Justin Verlander, 35, is the importance of staying hydrated. In a recent interview, when Upton was asked to share one beauty tip that she always swears by, she said, "Staying hydrated. You know why? That's one thing I learnt by dating an athlete."

Upton surely knows how to look chic and when asked to describe her airport look, she explained how function comes before being fashionable. "I always try to have a comfortable pair of jeans and a cool pair of boots that I wear to the airport. The one thing I never travel without is my deodorant.
