Jeetendra Kapoor and family-owned firms, namely Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited, have reportedly sold a land parcel located in Andheri, Mumbai. According to reports, the deal has been done for a whopping Rs. 855 crore. The family is known to own multiple businesses collectively. The said transaction was reportedly registered in May 2025.
According to property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards on the website of the Inspector General of Registration (IGR), the two business ventures owned by Jeetendra Kapoor and his family sold a huge land parcel in Mumbai worth Rs 855 crore.

The land is strategically positioned between Mumbai's prominent business districts and entertainment zones. The locality Andheri boasts excellent connectivity through the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the Versova-Andheri-Ghatkopar Metro line. Over the years, the region has evolved into an upscale commercial and residential destination, including a lively blend of modern office complexes, co-working spaces, plush retail outlets, entertainment centres, and premium residential complexes.
According to property registration documents from the IGR, reviewed by Square Yards, the transaction included two contiguous land parcels covering a total area of 9,664.68 sq. m. (~0.96 hectares or ~2.39 acres). The site in contention currently houses Balaji IT Park, and also includes three constructed buildings with a cumulative built-up area of 45,572.14 sq. m. (~4,90,534 sq. ft.). The land deal reportedly incurred a stamp duty of Rs. 8.69 crore and registration charges amounting to Rs. 30,000.
The land parcel, along with the built-up area, was reportedly purchased by NTT Global Data Centres and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited, formerly known as Netmagic IT Services Private Limited. The company specialises in a variety of services including public and private cloud solutions, hosting, data management, application development, threat monitoring, content delivery networks, and testing services. It is known to serve customers globally.
Notably, the sellers - Pantheon Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited - are firms owned by veteran Bollywood actor Jeetendra Kapoor and his family members, including his son, daughter and wife. Jeetendra is a prominent and well-known figure in Hindi cinema. A top actor in his time, he has acted in over 200 films across a career spanning more than six decades.
Meanwhile, his daughter, Ekta Kapoor, is a well-known producer and director in the Hindi television and film space. She also currently serves as Joint Managing Director and Creative Head of Balaji Telefilms Limited. On the other hand, his son, Tusshar Kapoor, is also active in the entertainment industry as an actor and producer.
