Kylie Jenner
Kylie Jenner is facing legal trouble after a former housekeeper filed a lawsuit alleging discrimination, harassment, and a hostile work environment during her time working at the reality star's residence.
According to reports, the plaintiff, identified as Angelica Vasquez, worked as a housekeeper at Jenner's properties in California between September 2024 and August 2025. She claims that shortly after being hired, she was transferred from one residence to another, where she began experiencing what she described as "continuous hostility and exclusion" from supervisors and fellow staff members.
In the complaint, Vasquez alleges that she was subjected to repeated discriminatory behaviour based on her Salvadoran background, religion, and accent. She claims she was mocked, humiliated in front of coworkers, and frequently assigned the most difficult and undesirable tasks. The lawsuit further states that derogatory remarks and intimidation created what she described as a toxic and abusive work environment.
The former employee also accused supervisors of escalating the situation after she raised concerns. According to the filing, her workload allegedly increased, her schedule was reduced, and she faced false accusations. One reported incident involved a supervisor throwing hangers near her, which she described as part of a pattern of intimidation.
Vasquez claims the alleged treatment took a serious toll on her mental health, leading to anxiety and symptoms consistent with post-traumatic stress disorder. She eventually resigned in August 2025, stating that the working conditions had become intolerable.
While Jenner is named as a defendant in the lawsuit, the complaint does not accuse her of directly engaging in the alleged misconduct. Instead, it claims that she failed to take appropriate action despite being aware of the issues raised by the housekeeper.
The lawsuit also includes claims related to unpaid wages, overtime, and other employment-related violations. Vasquez is seeking compensation for emotional distress, lost earnings, and punitive damages.
As of now, Jenner and her representatives have not publicly responded to the allegations. The case has drawn attention due to its serious nature, highlighting concerns about workplace conditions and accountability within celebrity households.
The legal proceedings are expected to unfold in the coming months, with the outcome likely to be closely watched given Jenner's global profile and influence.
