Claudia Doumit and Jack Quaid
On screen, all they wanted was to end each other's lives as they battled on opposite sides, but off screen, they found love in each other. A classic enemies-to-lovers trope, right? That's what happened to actors Jack Quaid and Claudia Doumit of The Boys fame. Days after the premiere of the season finale of the beloved Prime Video series, the couple have reportedly tied the knot. According to The Daily Telegraph, the intimate ceremony took place on Saturday, April 18, in Australia. In the Prime Video series, Claudia plays Victoria Neuman, a powerful and calculating antagonist who serves as the Vice President-elect. She is also known as the "head-popper." Meanwhile, Jack plays the role of Hughie Campbell, a man who lost his loved one to a Supe and is now on a path of revenge.
According to reports, Jack and Claudia got married at Mona Farm, a scenic venue about 55 miles from Canberra, the capital of Australia. Doumit was born in Sydney and hence the wedding was held in her home country.
Photos shared by guests on Instagram (now deleted) showed the couple enjoying their first dance during a reception held in a marquee on the property. For the occasion, Doumit wore an off-white satin gown featuring a ruffled skirt and a floral headband, while Quaid opted for a red Western-style blazer with gold embroidery.
The wedding was attended by several high-profile guests, including Quaid's parents, Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid, along with Alec Baldwin, Tom Hanks, Kevin Costner, and Henry Golding. Quaid's The Boys co-stars, including Karl Urban, Colby Minifie, and Nathan Mitchell, were also reportedly present.
The newlyweds are said to have shared their first dance to the song "Atlantis" by Donovan. During their stay in Braidwood, the couple and their guests also visited Smokey Horse Nepalese Restaurant, which later congratulated them on social media. Other attendees spotted at the celebrations included Colby Minifie, Emily Browning, and director Eddie O'Keefe. Reports suggest that Quaid, Doumit, and Quaid's parents stayed at Mona Farm during the festivities.
Following the wedding, Meg Ryan was seen at Sydney Airport on April 20, while Karl Urban shared photos of himself dressed in formalwear outside the Hyatt Hotel Canberra.
