Ravi Mohan says 'men are the biggest victims', asks people to let him live in peace

Tamil film actor Ravi Mohan has said that he is quietly rebuilding his life and has urged people to let him live in peace. His post comes amid news surrounding his personal life after he filed for divorce from his wife Aarthi Ravi last year and moved on with his girlfriend Kenishaa Francis.

His personal life has been under intense scrutiny and controversy, especially after his wife claimed she was blindsided by the separation and learned about it through his social media post.

Ravi Mohan pens emotional note

Now, in his latest post, Ravi Mohan stated that men are often the biggest victims, adding that even the judicial system recognises this. Taking to Instagram, the actor shared a post about living quietly in his own space. He wrote, "Naan amaithiyaaga en vazhakkaiyai uruvaakki kondu irukkiren (I am silently building my life). I decided to write this again: say all you want to say, since many of you think only women are right. Men are the biggest victims, and even our judicial system understands that."

He further added, "One day you will all know my heart and what I have done for the people I love. Let a guy live, please, and keep your ugly thoughts to yourself. I'm going back to my lane."

Trans activist and author Thanuja Singam hit back in the comment section on behalf of her ‘sister' Aarti. Thanuja commented under the post, writing, "Nothing seems able to make you happy or fulfilled. My sister Aarthi could have."

Ravi Mohan's work front

On the work front, Ravi Mohan has several interesting projects lined up. The actor, who received praise for his performance in director Sudha Kongara's recently released period film Parasakthi, will next be seen in director Ganesh K Babu's political thriller Karathey Babu.

Recently, the makers announced that the film has wrapped shooting and is expected to release in theatres this summer.

Ravi Mohan has also turned director and is currently working on his first film, titled An Ordinary Man. The film, which recently went on floors, features Yogi Babu in the lead role. Sources say the project will be a comedy-drama layered with satire and social observation.
