Actor Vijay Deverakonda turns a year older today. It is his first birthday after his marriage to actress Rashmika Mandanna earlier this year. A large crowd gathered outside the couple's Hyderabad home on Saturday morning to catch a glimpse of the birthday star. Vijay, Rashmika, and their family members were seen greeting fans from the window of their bungalow.
Several videos of the couple greeting fans from their home soon went viral. Vijay was visibly happy with the love and adulation pouring in on his birthday. He was seen dressed in a simple orange T-shirt and sporting a thick moustache, which is reportedly his look for his upcoming film. The actor initially waved to fans from the balcony of his home, accompanied by his wife and mother. Rashmika was seen recording Vijay's special moment on her camcorder.
In another video, Vijay was seen stepping out of his home to meet fans who had arrived with a birthday cake. He happily cut the cake with them before heading back inside. Throughout the celebration, Rashmika was seen capturing Vijay's special moments on camera.
Wishing his brother on his special day, Anand Deverakonda treated netizens to some rare and unseen glimpses from the intimate yet dreamy Udaipur wedding.
"This year you celebrate your birthday feeling more complete, with more confidence and courage than ever. Happy birthday bigggg brother!," Anand wished the Arjun Reddy actor.
The album uploaded on Instagram features Anand capturing Vijay and Rashmika during their wedding rituals.
We could also see Vijay and Anand indulging in a light conversation while the wedding rituals continued in the backdrop. The Deverakonda brothers were all smiles as they sat close to the mandap while Vijay and Rashmika performed traditional wedding customs.
One of the snaps showed Vijay and Anand posing with their parents, making for a perfect family frame from the wedding festivities.
Anand further shared a photo from Vijay and Rashmika's haldi ceremony.
Work-wise, Vijay and Rashmika will soon be seen sharing screen space in director Rahul Sankrityan's upcoming period drama, Ranabaali. The project will mark their first release together after their wedding. Ranabaali is expected to get a worldwide release on September 11.
