At the heart of the celebration sits a beautifully Herb-Crusted Roast Leg of Lamb, served alongside Honey Glazed Carrots, Buttery Garlic Roast Potatoes, and a comforting Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni. The table also features a hearty Slow Braised Chicken Fricassée, bringing together delicate flavours and rich textures. Embracing this festive spirit, Anise, the all-day restaurant at the iconic Taj Coromandel invites diners to a specially curated Easter brunch that blends global flavours with seasonal favourites, promising a memorable celebration.

The elaborate Easter brunch showcases a thoughtfully curated spread of Indian and international cuisine, complemented by interactive live stations. Adding to the festive charm, chefs at the live carving station will present the traditional Herb and Garlic-rubbed Roasted Turkey served with giblet gravy and cranberry sauce. The brunch begins with comforting soups such as the Easter Meatball Soup with lamb dumplings finished with beaten egg and parmesan, alongside a Ginger-infused Curried Carrot and Celery Soup. The appetiser selection features favourites like Asian Spiced Fish Cakes; and Corn Jalapeno & Cheese Nuggets. A vibrant selection of salads adds freshness to the spread, including Poached Salmon & Asparagus Salad served with Horse radish cream; a refreshing Duo of Melon and Feta with basil; and a colourful salad of Arugula, Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes & Pomegranate Pearls with balsamic drizzle. Guests can also enjoy a variety of Grilled Vegetables; Roasted Artichokes with Basil Pesto, Parmesan Shavings & Sundried Tomatoes.
 
The main course reflects the traditional Easter table with dishes such as Braised Lamb Shanks; classic English Shepherd’s Pie made of minced lamb ragout & mashed potato; Roast Chicken with Charred White Onion Bulbs and seafood preparations like Meen Moilee and Jhinga ka Salan. A dedicated quiche station featuring creamy chicken, leek and onion quiche adds a European touch to the experience.
