ICICI Bank and Citibank NA were declared joint Plate Group winners of the 63rd Sir Benegal Rama Rau RBI Shield cricket tournament on Wednesday.
The final, held at the PJ Hindu Gymkhana ground, was called off after overnight rain made the ground conditions unplayable.
