Newcastle boss Eddie Howe reckoned the penalty that Lamine Yamal scored just before half-time, when the score was 2-2, was the turning point in the match.

"We did not recover psychologically from what happened just before half-time," said Howe, before adding: "In the second-half, we were nowhere near as good as we were in the first and they [Barca] deserved go through".
