A source close to the actor says that Rai will be spending the day with her family. "Ash will drop Aaradhya to school in the morning, and then head to her mom Vrinda Rai's Bandra apartment. The mother-daughter duo will spend some quality time together." She is likely to visit Siddhivinayak temple to seek blessings.

Rai's daughter has a surprise lined up for mommy dearest.
"Abhishek and Aaradhya have ordered Ash's favourite cake, which will be cut when the Bachchan family gets together in the evening." A dinner date with Abhishek is also on the cards.

Rai usually marks her birthday by charity work. "Last year, she had sponsored the surgeries of 100 children with cleftpalate. This year, she will feed underprivileged children," said the source.
