Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor, whose is known for her making heads turn with her maverick style statements, now has one more feather in her cap. According to a source, the actress will soon be crowned as India&rsquo;s first Disney girl. &ldquo;The actress will next be seen in Khoobsurat which is the first Disney production in India,&rdquo; says the source.

A source close to Sonam says, &ldquo;With a fairytale-like plot, Khoobsurat will be the country&rsquo;s first Disney film. The makers have decided to portray her as India&rsquo;s quintessential Disney girl and she will also visit Disneyland in Paris for the film. Sonam becoming the Disney girl should come as no surprise as she has often been compared to Anne Hathaway, Reese Witherspoon and Meg Ryan. Widely regarded as a fashion icon, she is also connected to her roots. An announcement about this will soon be made.&rdquo;
Sonam&rsquo;s spokesperson confirmed the news. &ldquo;Sonam has all the attributes of a Disney girl and Khoobsurat is a quintessential Disney film,&rdquo; said the spokesperson.
