LOSD 2025 Event
The London Organisation of Skills Development (LOSD) has once again raised the bar for global excellence, innovation, and human upliftment. From the heart of Westminster to the tranquil highlands of Scotland, LOSD successfully hosted a triumphant trilogy of global events - uniting over 155 distinguished individuals from around the world to celebrate purpose, achievement, and transformation.
The unforgettable journey began on 10th July 2025, with a remarkable in-person gathering at the historic Palace of Westminster (Houses of Parliament) in London, UK. The day featured high-level networking, the prestigious LOSD Excellence Awards 2025, and the pre-launch of two new LOSD Publishing House books: 25 Visionaries of the World 2025 and A Book of Kindness: Inspired by Real-Life Experiences.
The event was formally inaugurated by esteemed dignitaries, including:
- Chief Guest: Honourable Bob Blackman MP
- Inaugural Chief Guests: Worshipful Mayor of Southwark, London, UK Cllr Sunny Lambe, Worshipful Madam Mayor of Harrow, London, UK Cllr Anjana Patel, H.R.H Prince Ebrahim of Ghana.

The grandeur of the awards ceremony was matched by the inspiring stories behind each honouree. The LOSD Excellence Awards 2025 celebrated pioneers in five transformative categories - Business, Social Impact, Education, Health, and Media. Each awardee had been selected through a meticulous international jury process from over 200 applicants. Only 47 were chosen for in-person honours, making this a truly elite recognition.
That same day, the official pre-launch of LOSD’s dual publications added a literary dimension to the celebration. The stunning coffee table book 25 Visionaries of the World 2025 showcased the journeys of inspirational leaders, while A Book of Kindness brought together heartfelt stories from 32 co-authors who had lived and led through compassion. The authors in attendance spoke briefly about their chapters, offering moving tributes to empathy, resilience, and humanity.
Global Reach Continues: 12th July 2025 Online On 12th July 2025, LOSD extended its reach to the global virtual stage. The online LOSD Excellence Awards andLOSD Publishing House Book Launch welcomed authors, speakers, and guests from all six continents - those who could not attend in person. The livestream included acceptance speeches from awardees and book contributors, also uplifting words from dignitaries around the world. It offered a platform for cross-border unity, ensuring the spirit of excellence and kindness reached far beyond the walls of Westminster.
LOSD Transformational Retreat | 14th –16th July 2025 – Scottish Castle
The final chapter of this powerful journey came with the LOSD Transformational Retreat 2025, hosted from 14th to 16th July 2025 at the enchanting Springkell Castle in Scotland. This serene, nature-filled estate served as a haven for entrepreneurs, educators, mental health advocates, and changemakers to reconnect with themselves - mind, body, and soul.
This three-day immersive experience was launched as a natural extension of the mission LOSD has carried for over a decade: to empower society not just through knowledge, but through healing, presence, and conscious leadership.
Guests were treated to a programme rich in personal development and wellness. It included:
- Daily yoga and guided meditation
- Detox and nourishing meals
- Podcast interviews and photoshoots
- Visionary talks and workshops
Highlights included inspirational sessions from the hosts Prof. Dr. Parin Somani, Ellen Mannaert and Dwayne Nathan Jack. The sessions were additionally impacted by speakers like Dr. Dawn Menge, Dr. Diana Richardson, Des O’Connor and

Attendees also experienced therapeutic sessions with Melanie Nathan Jack for Beauty & Wellness session and for the Cacao Ceremony and Sound Healing, led by Misha Sramova, and had time to explore nature, journal in solitude, or simply reflect in quiet corners of the castle gardens. LOSD hosted the grand gala celebration and Mystical Music Evening on 15th July 2025, where individuals were celebrated for their distinctive contributions. The evening’s ambience was further enriched by performances from BBC-featured DJ Will Reed, live vocal brilliance by Madame Kapuscinska, and an emotionally stirring dance by Dr. Eesha Agrawal.
Each moment was intentionally crafted to awaken clarity, creativity, and courage. From nourishing meals to silent walks and spa access to Hot Tub, Sauna , Yoga , Animal Feeding , that the retreat bridged the gap between personal growth and professional evolution. The retreat concluded with a farewell lunch where participants shared powerful testimonies and experiences.
What’s Next from LOSD?
As the curtains close on this triumphant trilogy, LOSD continues its forward momentum. One of the twelve dynamic initiatives of LOSD has already announced its next projects through LOSD Publishing House:
A Book of Happiness – A collection of uplifting, joy-filled stories from across the world.
LOSD is now accepting submissions from those ready to share their journey and inspire global society.
Submission Guidelines:
- Your story: 500 words written in the third person, sharing what happiness means to A story of Happiness: Please submit a 500-word narrative written in the third person, reflecting on what happiness means to you through a story. This may be based on a personal experience or an inspiring account of how you brought happiness to someone else’s life.
- Photographs: Two high-definition, professional-quality images (one full-length and one portrait).
- Bio: A 100-word biography including your name, country, and designation/title.
