Actress Sanya Malhotra who will be playing the role of an Indian housewife in her upcoming film Mrs has been promoting the film wearing gorgeous ethnic ensembles. 

Keeping up with the film's theme, Sanya has been showing up at prestigious events in sarees with a twist. 

Mrs, directed by Arati Kadav is slated to release on the OTT platform Zee5 on February 7.

It narrates a tale of a talented dancer whose life takes a dramatic turn after she gets married into a male-dominated household.

The film explores themes of resilience, self-discovery, and the challenges women face in finding their voice.

The film has already received praise at several international film festivals, including the New York Indian Film Festival (NYIFF) and the Palm Springs International Film Festival.

Apart from Sanya, the film features Nishant Dahiya and Kanwaljit Singh in pivotal roles.

The film is the Hindi remake of the critically acclaimed Malayalam film The Great Indian Kitchen.

Sanya boasts a versatile filmography that includes, Jawan, Dangal, Kathal, Pagglait, and others.

Sanya will also be seen in Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari which is written and directed by Shashank Khaitan.

It stars Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, and Rohit Saraf.
