As Varun Dhawan turned a year older on Sunday, celebrities like Anil Kapoor, Ayushmann Khurrana, Huma Qureshi and Karan Johar opted for the virtual way to wish the Bollywood's &ldquo;talented hit machine&rdquo; a happy birthday.
The son of filmmaker David Dhawan, Varun entered Bollywood with the multi-starrer &ldquo;Student of the Year&rdquo; in 2012 along with Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra.

The actor then went on to experiment with his craft by doing films like &ldquo;Main Tera Hero&rdquo;, &ldquo;Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania&rdquo;, &ldquo;Badlapur&rdquo;, &ldquo;ABCD 2&rdquo; and &ldquo;Dilwale&rdquo;. Varun has a lot to look forward to, with films like &ldquo;Dishoom&rdquo;, "Shuddhi" and &ldquo;Judwaa 2&rdquo; lined up.
Before entering the silver screen, Varun worked behind the camera as an assistant director of &ldquo;My Name Is Khan&rdquo;.
