Since the debacle of Katti Batti (2015), things haven't looked up for Imran Khan. Last month, there were rumours about the actor planning to turn director, but luck isn't exactly on his side. He has met a few producers, including Atul Kasbekar, who after Neerja, is looking for interesting concepts.

However, Imran hasn't managed to find anyone to back his vision yet, we hear. A producer he recently met insisted that the script be reworked, sending Imran scribbling all over again. Maybe, it's time to turn to Mamujaan Aamir for some advice?
