<p>Sophie Choudry was introduced to aerial yoga recently. On the eve of World Yoga Day (June 21), she feels this is the best form of yoga.</p>
<p>&ldquo;You get strength and flexibility without straining your neck and back,&rdquo; she says. Sophie gave up yoga after suffering a slipped disc and found solace in pilates for a while. She has taken to aerial yoga now and is loving it.</p>
