And no wonder that Rohit asked the young actor to put on weight and muscles before filming began.

Nikitin had also played baddie in Dabangg 2 and was noticed for his lean and mean physique. A source says, “Nikitin is following a stern diet along with functional and weight training as well as mixed martial arts. The actor is following a different workout routine. For Dabangg 2, he had to drop the weight.”



Muscle man
Nikitin eats seven to eight meals a day, eating a lot of carbs along with protein. He mixes red meat like mutton with white meat like chicken and fish. He trains six days a week, mixing traditional training with functional, to keep his flexibility going along with weight training in the gym.
