The 21st edition of India's biggest film festival, Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival with Star, announces screenwriter Tushar Hiranandani's biographical drama 'Saand Ki Aankh' as its closing film. Presented by Reliance Entertainment & Anurag Kashyap, a Chalk And Cheese Production & produced by Reliance Entertainment, Anurag Kashyap and Nidhi Parmar, the film is Tushar's directorial debut.

The Jio MAMI Mumbai Film Festival with Star has always championed narratives about women empowerment and gender equality. Drawing the curtain on a stellar lineup of films this year with strong women-led narratives and narratives helmed by women, 'Saand Ki Aankh' will premiere at the festival on 24th October 2019.
