Last evening, Prithvi Theatre in Juhu, which is usually buzzing with stage enthusiasts, wore a gloomy look as Bollywood folk gathered to mourn the passing away of Shashi Kapoor. The veteran actor succumbed to liver failure on Monday. He was 79. The auditorium was lit with candles and decorated with white flowers. There was a slideshow of Kapoor's photographs from his films as well as personal life. The actor's chartbusters were also played in his memory. Randhir Kapoor and Karisma Kapoor were the first to arrive.
